The prints must be inside the phone to void the warranty, prints on the outside of the phone are ok..

Water Damage

Also be aware of the water damage moisture sticker inside the phone.

If that thing turns pink or red like this your out of warranty..

CliffNotes Story:

1. My phone died..
2. Took it to my local friendly shop, they opened it up and took a look at my phone..


3. They came back and said an UNAUTHORIZED FINGERPRINT was found inside my phone, meaning my warranty was denied...



Do the phone providers keep a log of all the Authorized Employees fingerprints???
